RETURN & REFUND POLICY
WOD Armour is committed to make your shopping experience a pleasant one, and facilitate easy delivery and return. Customers are the cornerstone of our business and their satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
For all accessories( except mask due to personal hygiene) we will provide a ‘no-question-asked’ exchange or refund for 14 days after product delivery.
Unwashed, unworn merchandise with all its tags intact will be accepted for returns or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that due to the intimate nature and hygiene concerns, sports bras, Hyperice products, Vent training mask and any electronic product once purchased will not be eligible for return/refund.
In case your gear becomes faulty within the return period ie 14 days, WOD Armour will take full responsibility of the product and ensure to deliver a new one or issue you a refund after we receive it back.
The cost for the return is to be bear by the customer.
Please note that electronic items are non returnable however they are under covered by warranty which in case if the product has a problem will be replaced in terms of Brand new product.

When will my return be refunded?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be initiated within 2 working days through online transfer. We will inspect your returned item(s) and then contact you via email with the refund confirmation. Refunds may not show up on your card statement for up to four business days.
