Exchange & Return Policy

 


At WOD Armour, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer an easy exchange process via WhatsApp. Simply call us  at 8448866514 or send an email to sales@wodarmour.in, and we’ll be happy to help. For returns, we require your refund details to initiate the process—just email us at sales@wodarmour.in and we’ll take care of the rest.


 

Products Eligible for Return or Exchange

 


We offer easy returns and exchanges on most of our products, including apparel, accessories, and non-electronic gear. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.


 

Exceptions: Equipment & Electronic Products

 


Please note, the following equipment and electronic items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a genuine manufacturing defect:

 

  • Therabody products

  • Hyperice products 

  • Concept 2 machines

  • Assault Fitness equipment

  • Normatec systems and attachments 

  • Achedaway, Cryopush products

  • Sunglasses & Polar products 

 


For any of the above brands, we will honor an exchange only if a manufacturing defect is found upon delivery. We request you to inspect your item as soon as it arrives and report any issues immediately.
