Concept 2 RowErg with Tall Legs (formerly Model E)

The Concept 2 RowErg with tall legs is the same RowErg indoor rowing machine, raised to a 20 inch (51 cm) seat height. Concept2 now sells the RowErg with two leg options, and the tall-legs version replaces the discontinued Model E. The higher seat means easier on-and-off if your knees don’t bend like they used to, if you have mobility considerations, or if you simply prefer sitting at chair height. A higher seat is not required for taller users: both leg options fit inseams up to 38 inches (96.5 cm).

You get the same full-body, low-impact workout, air-resistance flywheel with spiral damper, nickel-plated chain and PM5 Performance Monitor as the standard RowErg. Performance Monitor

Every RowErg includes the PM5 Performance Monitor and a device holder. The PM5 provides repeatable, comparable data for every workout, offers an automatic “Just Row” mode or lets you set up a variety of workouts, and shows pace, watts, stroke rate (spm), calories and more. It connects by Bluetooth to Concept2’s free ErgData app and many other fitness apps. The PM5 runs on two D-cell batteries and draws power from the spinning flywheel during your workout, so no wall socket is needed.

Flywheel and Damper

The air-resistance flywheel responds to your effort on every stroke, so you are always in control of your intensity. The spiral damper adjusts airflow to the flywheel to change the feel of the stroke.

Storage and Mobility

The RowErg separates into two pieces for storage without tools, and caster wheels on the front foot let you roll it into position.

Adjustable Footrests and Ergonomic Handle

Adjustable footrests fit a wide range of shoe sizes, and the ergonomic handle has a 10 degree bend for a natural arm and hand position.
