Description

The unique, textured design used in the Naboso® Training Mat is designed to uniquely stimulate the nerves in the bottom of the feet.  Sensory stimulation of the feet during exercise can improve postural control, stability and strength.   This is the only mat that improves the barefoot training experience through targeted sensory stimulation.
